It was a pleasant stay on vacation. We liked the peaceful location to convenience stores in the super area.

The location was particularly good, very close to the beach, in a really beautiful area. the hotel was at a medium distance from surfing. - Everything was great, nothing to complain about, I totally recommend it. Assada Boutique Hotel Kata Phuket in Kata Beach offers a great stay for a vacation. the hotel's prime location near the beautiful beach makes it an ideal spot for travelers. its proximity to surfing spots adds to its appeal. there were no complaints, making it a highly recommended choice.

The service at this trendy boutique hotel was excellent. The room was beautiful with big bathroom and balcony with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The property was in a great and lovely location for a longer stay. Street food restaurant Seephoon Cafe was located 10 minutes walk away. The restaurant was good, and the staff fantastic. The whole experience was fantastic, no complains at all, do recommend: )

The information provided by the staff regarding parking for our bikes wasn't accurate, and this caused a bit of inconvenience as we wasted a significant amount of time looking for parking. the beds weren't comfortable, and this made it a bit challenging to sleep soundly.

the free breakfast was top-notch and the dinner menu had a lot of options to choose from. the location is perfect for exploring the surrounding areas and the staff were helpful in recommending places to visit. Plus, the rooftop bar had an amazing view of the city, perfect for a drink and a hangout.

The rooms were not up to par. the bathroom had mold growing in some places and there was an unpleasant odor coming from the drains.

The hotel also provides a set of plates, glasses, cups, knives, and forks in the room. Additionally, the clean swimming pool is a perfect spot to cool off from the daytime heat.
